• I/We hereby give permission for my/our dance Group, Workshop Video, and/or Website to be linked on the Children’s Dance Festival website from May 2, 2021-December 31. • I/We hereby give permission for any photograph or video of my/our Group (or myself) to be used for publicity purposes by the Children’s Dance Festival in print, broadcast material, or online. • I further acknowledge the Children’s Dance Festival is not responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of these likenesses being on the internet or other virtual platform. • I/We acknowledge that the copyright of any music, choreography, or teaching material on the linked performance or workshop associated with the Children’s Dance Festival, is free of copyright infringements and I/we absolve the Children’s Dance Festival of any copyright issues that may be associated with the music of any links associated with this festival. • All choreography that I/we present or teach as part of the Children’s Dance Festival is my own, choreographed by me and/or my dance group. • I/We certify that any minor-aged youth in the linked dance has Permission to appear on the Internet and • has Permission for their picture to be used for publicity purposes by the Children’s Dance Festival in print, broadcast material, and online. It is your responsibility to secure all permissions. • I/We understand that participation in the Children’s Dance Festival 2021 is at the discretion of the Organizing Committee and can be terminated at any time. • I/We acknowledge that the Children’s Dance Festival, Workshop Teachers, and/or Organizing Committee are not responsible for injuries or damages incurred from watching or participating in workshops or performances associated with this festival.

This is the Children’s Dance Festival and it is all about children dancing and sharing their artistry. But as children are also learners and observers we feel that there is a place for appropriate classes and performances in this virtual format.
